We’ve completely reimagined the identification experience. It is the fastest, cleanest flow we have built to date for repetitive QES signing.

The new design feels instantly familiar, using the digital patterns your users already know to guide them effortlessly through the process. With fewer steps, built-in FAQs, and the latest identification technology from PXL Vision in Switzerland and NECT in Germany, it is the simple, powerful way to identify that you’ve been waiting for.

Note: This new flow is currently being rolled out to select businesses.

An Observer is someone who needs to follow a signing request without signing it. Think assistants, controllers, or legal reviewers.

Now you can add or remove observers at any time, before or after the request goes out. They get an email whenever they're added or removed, so they always know where they stand.

How does it work now?

While managing a signature request, you can add an Observer from the overflow menu on the top right.

You can now remove Observers even after the signature request has been sent. You can do that from the Observer section on the right sidebar. Removing them revokes access immediately.

Remove Yourself as Observer

Observers are now also allowed to remove themselves from signature requests to reduce inbox clutter and unwanted notifications.

If you want to stop observing a request, simply use the option in the header menu of the signature request preview.

Available for Starter, Team, Pro, and Scale.

New ways to view your inbox

You can now choose between two view options to match your preference:

Grid View - Visual card layout that makes it easy to scan document thumbnails and quickly identify signature requests at a glance.

List View - Compact, detailed rows that provide a comprehensive overview with more information displayed per request.

New ways to filter your inbox

Filter by status - Choose to view one specific status or combine multiple statuses to customise your view based on what you want to track.

Filter by date - Narrow down requests by last updated date to quickly locate recent activity or to spot signature requests that have been inactive for a while.

Sent by me - Show only signature requests you've created to easily monitor and manage your own documents.

These filters work together, so you can combine them to create precise views that match your workflow needs.

Additional improvements:

  • Enhanced bulk actions for managing multiple signature requests

  • Sortable columns in list view

  • Quick access to actions through overflow menus in grid view

Real-world signing processes rarely involves just one document. With Multi-Document Signature Requests, you can now send several documents together in a single signing flow, keeping everything aligned, clear, and easy to manage from start to finish.

How does it work?

You can now upload up to 10 documents per request. Simply drag and drop or select all the documents you need, and they will be sent together to the recipients in a single request.

In the Signature request preview, the start of each document is indicated by a separator so you can have a clear overview of which document you are viewing.

Clear navigation for signers and observers

Navigate directly to a specific document by using the document navigation button on the left side of the Signature request preview.

Note: This is visible only for signature requests that include more than one document.

Full visibility in the request overview

You can quickly see a list of all documents in the signature request in the sidebar.
